Background story and explanation of cartoon.
The Turks have been disputing the Greek National Airspace for years by overflying it and by so doing challenging Greece’s sovereignty over its airspace and sea boundaries.
Recently we’ve had a barrage of such provocations and I thought of satirizing these events with an archival cartoon from 2014!
Some things unfortunately never change.
